"Pokemon Go" has received quite numerous cravings from the fans that talk of Generation 2 up to this day. As the journey to getting the creatures is still an uncertain one, fans have spoken out on who they think would make the list for the best of the best.

Followers of "Pokemon Go" were finally treated care of Ditto, but some may not feel the move to be sufficient enough. Without official word yet on Generation 2's release, gamers feel that it would add flavor to the game, especially with a plethora of wonderful and powerful creatures soon to surface.

According to recent Reddit posts, as soon as "Pokemon Go" decides to bring the Generation 2 forward, a few creatures will stand out more than the rest, with one of the top picks being Tyranitar. Being the last evolution of Larvitar and one of the most powerful in the generation, the Pokemon could pose a big threat to the first batch. This goes for the Legendary creatures as well.

The same goes for Chansey's evolution, Blissey, who dons an equally destructive Hyper Beam as it is adorable. Houndoom is another pick, which is also known to be one of the more recognizable entries of the generation with its Fire Blast. The series introduced Heracross as a powerhouse Pokemon and for "Pokemon Go," the Bug type can make good use of its Rock Smash or Megahorn skill.

As the recent list of Generation 2 creatures for "Pokemon Go" was made known to the public, fans also mentioned the likes of Lanturn, Skarmory and Kingdra as some of the top contenders. All the Legendary Pokemon are of course to be excluded, as they will be on a league of their own and it has not yet been disclosed how such creatures will be revealed in the future.

It is speculated eventually that "Pokemon Go" could give strengths to the likes of Bellossom, Togetic and the utterly collectible series of Unown. As for the rest of the creatures, it is only a matter of time before their spawning and skills are to be announced.

"Pokemon Go" is still yet to reveal the launch date for the Generation 2 creatures, especially with the new unveiling of Ditto. Who do you think will belong to the list of the strongest creatures for the next generation? Sound of on the comments section below and make sure to stay updated here at GamenGuide.
