Maserati has announced and positively confirmed that they are currently in the process of creating a two-seater electric car version. This vehicle will be called the Maserati Alfieri.
The Maserati Alfieri concept was launched and first heard in Geneva Motor Show last 2014. Prior to this two-seater electric car, it had an original version as reported by Engadget.
This is also a Maserati Alfieri that runs in gasoline and noted to be a larger vehicle. The said fuel-version car will be launched and be available in the market by 2019. It is similar to Jaguar F in size and will be powered by an aV6 engine. Experts noted that this latest creation is 911's great competition.

Since it is an electric car, many have asked if Maserati Alfieri will be heavy as expected. The answer is no. Maserati made sure that the latest car will be using lightweight materials like Alfa Romeo's concept.
