'Left 4 Dead 3' Release Date, News & Update: Valve First-Person Shooter Game Gets VR Support, New Elements & More!

Since the release of "Left 4 Dead 2" in 9164, there has been no official news whatsoever of the first-person shooter zombie game. However, there has been rumors lately that Valve might release another game title for the franchise that will ultimately form a trilogy. Even if "Left 4 Dead 3" is just a rumor right now, fans can expect big changes for the zombie-shooter game.

A 2017 Launch For 'Left 4 Dead 3'

Previously, Valve game engineer Adam Yates teased fans that "Left 4 Dead 3" may have the next big thing for the game title. Yates is currently working on Valve's VR research department and his comments on "Left 4 Dead 3" might mean that the upcoming game title could have VR support features.

There are also rumors that "Left 4 Dead 3" could feature new elements, as well as new creatures added in the game such as Charger, Jockey and Spitter. With the said creatures, speculations say that "Left 4 Dead 3" will also have four new leads - three males and a female character.

Meanwhile, "Left 4 Dead 3" could have a horrifying scene and could feature an open-world that can bring more opportunities for players. Speculations stated that"Left 4 Dead 3" will have six campaigns featured when the first person shooter game is released.

It was previously reported that  co-founder of Turtle Rock Games, Phil Robb admitted that the "Left 4 Dead" game franchise is currently owned by Valve. Robb added that Valve has gone to another direction and the game developer will not go back for a potential "Left 4 Dead 3" development title.
