Nintendo is one of the most long-standing and well-loved gaming companies that have produced the games of your childhood. Now, they are gearing up to make a true-to-life Mario World.

Super Mario, a name well familiar by everyone is easily associated to the beloved bouncy plumber in a red jumpsuit. It has been around for decades and is still one of the most challenging platform games ever! To date, Nintendo is still making games based on this beloved character. Now, they have gone above and beyond for their next big plan: A Mario World Theme Park!

Universal Studios, one of the biggest studios in the world, produces the best theme parks usually catering towards fan favorites. It is even a surprise for a real-life Mario World to come out too late. Nintendo has teamed up with Universal Studios to make this plan a reality. However, they said that this theme park will be located in Japan! This should not come off as a shocker as Nintendo, before going global, is a Japanese company.

But rest assured as there are OTHER plans involving Mario World as a part of the theme parks in Universal Studios Orlando and Hollywood. So you don't need to go that far to enjoy some little REAL platform gaming. Mark Woodbury, representative of the creative team, says that Universal Studios is always looking for the next big thing and they are excited to be working with Nintendo.

Shigeru Miyamoto, game director and representative of Nintendo, also said that they are impressed with how Universal Studios make their theme parks as realistic. He said that Mario World will be enjoyable to people of all ages.

However, they refuse to disclose more information about the upcoming theme park plans but we bet it would contain all of the iconic things in the game. The backgrounds may be a dead giveaway but this is just pure speculation.
