iPhone News & Update: How To Enable Secret Emoticon Keyboard? iPhone 6S Shut Down Issue Receives Fix

iPhone users who have gotten bored with emojis have always wanted to find out how the secret emoticon keyboard can be enabled. But what they only need to know is that the answer has been kept hidden in the smartphone.

How To Enable Kaomoji Keyboard on iPhone

Open the Settings app on the iPhone, tap the General button, scroll down and tap the keyboard. Then, tap "Keyboards" found at the top of the screen, choose Add New Keyboard, and select "Japanese" and then "Kana" from the list of languages.

The emoji in iPhone have seemed to be very boring, which makes people speculate that this is why Apple aims at being the first major smartphone manufacturer that support Unicode 9.0. That said, the upcoming release of iOS 10.2 would mean adding more than 70 new emoji to the iPads and iPhone.  Among these include the face palm, selfie, shrug, clown, dancing man and lying man.

However, the new emoji from iOS 10.2 are just a temporary fix. According to reports, the next major OS update of Apple will only be interesting for a few days. Although iMessage's new stickers are expected to bring nice alternatives, there is also a secret keyboard that is hidden inside the iPhone that allows the smartphone users to send all types of fun text-based emoticons called "kaomoji, " Yahoo reported.

Meanwhile, an issue with iPhone 6s products that were reported to randomly shut down stems from a battery flaw in a small number of iPhone models, as recently announced by Apple. Following the various reports on the said issue, Apple now offers a free fix to any eligible iPhone 6s user through the company's customer support sites.

According to Apple, the problem was seen in iPhone 6s smartphones that come with a faulty battery component, which was exposed to controlled ambient air for a longer period prior to being assembled as battery packs. Because of that, the batteries tend to degrade faster than the regular battery, causing sudden shutdowns to happen, PC World reported. Watch iPhone hidden Emoji keyboard
