'Resident Evil 7' Latest News and Updates: Demo Has New Updates, New Content Shows PlayStation VR and Pro Support [VIDEO]

"Resident Evil 7" just recently released an updated demo for players to try out and this time, players will be in it for a surprise. It's been months since "Resident Evil "l has released its demo and have made minor updates since then. But the latest update has new contents that will surely warrant your next visit.

Gamers will certainly be thrilled as "Resident Evil 7" latest new areas have recently been added plus a new gun to use against those monstrous creatures, and even more multiple endings to add to the twist. What makes this update even better is that both the PlayStation VR headset and a PS4 Pro are now supported by the latest demo.

Since its release on E3 2016, "Resident Evil 7" has already received two different playable teasers, known as Tape 1 and Tape 2, Polygon reported. Meanwhile, the final tape gives the latest game several clues from its previous entries in the series, with pretty much focuses on surviving the horrors and making sure that your inventory is sufficient enough for your character to survive.

According to IGN, "Resident Evil 7" will be the latest installment of the horror game franchise. The game was not intended as a reboot, but instead as a part of the Resident Evil universe and is considered as the extension of the series. The game will have a new set of characters and situations which will give its loyal fans something new to look forward to. The most recent demo only sets the tone of its players, without even spoiling the surprise. The original game series was a first-person shooting game before ascending itself into VR.

Capcom is finally showing the fans of what to expect from the "Resident Evil 7" gameplay. The demo will be released on December 9 for Sony Xbox One and December 19 for PC.
