Samsung Galaxy S7, Google Pixel & Apple iPhone 7 Undergo Speed Test; Results May Surprise Samsung Fans! Specs & Features Details Revealed

The Apple iPhone 7 has not got a smooth ride, especially because it is in direct competition with Samsung Galaxy S7 and Google Pixel. Recently, the three underwent a speed test and the results were pretty surprising. Up to now, 2016 has been a massive year for smartphone giants.

While the first water-resistant iPhone 7 became the talking point for everybody, the award-winning Galaxy S7 was praised by experts worldwide. Google also produced the first device, Pixel, entirely built by the search giant. All three devices are great and cater to specific segments of smartphone buyers.

According to Express, all three devices, iPhone 7, Galaxy S7 and Google Pixel, have exquisite displays, amazing cameras and healthy battery life apart from the myriad specs and features. However, when it came to raw power, the Apple iPhone 7 deftly took the first place, followed by Google Pixel and then by Samsung Galaxy S7.

Tech Radar recently tested six flagship phones from various smartphone companies to analyze how they fared their speed test. The smartphones that were grilled were Apple iPhone 7, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S7, HTC 10, Sony XZ and LG G5. All six had to load numerous heavy-duty games and applications twice.

Surprisingly, the Sony Xperia XZ faltered and finished last. More shocking was Google Pixel beating Samsung Galaxy S7 in the test to finish second and Apple iPhone 7, though it may not have the best of specs on paper, was the clear winner. Apple manufactures its own chipsets and software and that is probably the reason the iPhone 7 has the best balance between power and efficiency.

However, one thing must be made clear and that is these kinds of tests are only suggestive and real-world day-to-day performance may vary. The tests are not complete indicators of real world performance. Having said that, the Apple iPhone 7 was able to handle a sequence of app and games open and shut down. Both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Google Pixel are extremely impressive smartphones too and will give buyers little chance to complain.
