An episode of "The Flash" Season 3 might see Barry Allen meet with his doppelganger from another earth. Recently leaked set photos for the series teased Barry meets the Accelerated Man, who is The Flash from Earth 19.
A couple of set photos from the filming of "The Flash" Season 3 in Vancouver, show a character resembling DC's the Accelerated Man. He is dressed in a red suit and a pair of yellow boots and arm-length gloves.
Meanwhile, a pair of goggles is perched on his forehead. He also has a scarf around his neck and a white belt. However, the man's face is concealed with a white cloth covering his nose.
This man clearly resembles the Accelerated Man from Earth 19. His costume is an exact copycat. Bleeding Cool shared an image of the character to provide comparison.

Likewise, H.R. Wells, who happens to be from Earth 19, has since confirmed the existence of the speedster in a past episode. He told Barry and team that he once helped The Flash defeat villain metahumans on their Earth. It is likely that the Accelerated Man will make his debut in a future episode of "The Flash" Season 3.
However, it remains unclear how he factors in the storyline. Perhaps Barry Allen travels to Earth 19 and meets his doppelganger there. H.R. Wells probably brings the speedster to Earth 1 so he can help train Wally West. H.R. had promised to help Wally master his speed and the Accelerated Man might be able to help too.
If the Accelerated Man is indeed in "The Flash" Season 3, then he is the ninth speedster to appear in the series. Aside from Barry's The Flash, the show already introduced Jesse Quick, Kid Flash, The Rival, Reverse Flash, Zoom and Jay Garrick from Earth 3 and Savitar.
