'Pokémon Sun and Moon' Latest News & Update: What To Expect In This New 'Pokémon' Game

Great news for Pokémon fans, After the success of the game Pokémon GO, A new game has been released. ''Pokémon Sun and Moon'' is the latest game developed by Game freaks.

It is a role-playing game where, just like the previous Pokémon games, you will need to control the main character, interact with AI or Artificial Intelligence characters, train and go on battles with your Pokémon.

''Pokémon Sun and Moon'' was announced worldwide last February 27, 2016 at exactly 12:00 PM during the anniversary release of Pokémon Red and Green. This game has been released last November 18, 2016 and can be played on Nintendo 3DS. The setting of the game takes place in a group of islands called the Alola region.

The Alola region in ''Pokémon Sun and Moon'' is composed of four islands. The game motif is in Hawaii as the characters are wearing aloha wear, have Hawaiian names and lastly the name of the region itself is related to the word "ALOHA". Like most of the Pokémon games, there are three starter Pokémon to choose which is Rowlet a flying and grass Pokémon, A fire cat Pokémon called Litten and Popplio, a Sea lion Pokémon.

There are new features with the game ''Pokémon Sun and Moon,'' one of them is Poke ride where you can call on different Pokémon to get around land, sea and sky. A new global link which is website that can connect players worldwide. Battle royal where four different players will do free-for-all battle inside a battle royal dome.

There is also a QR scanner that can scan QR codes to register or received Pokémon in ''Pokémon Sun and Moon''. A new Pokedex called the Rotom Pokedex. and Lastly a change in Battle interface.
