Google Docs' Newly Added Feature Beats Microsoft Word?

It must have been hard, not only for one but for everybody else who are doing such, to follow certain formats and citations for research, word projects and term papers. For years now, writers have relied on Microsoft Word to create these documents. But reports noted that Google found its way to beat the legendary tool's functionality by the use of Google Docs.

Google Docs will be launching an update that will make researchers, writers, and term paper people's lives easier. The new feature will format the citations in APA, MLA or Chicago styles.

It has been rolled out yesterday by Google Docs. This is just an additional attribute of Explore feature along Google office apps way back in September.

With Google Docs Explore feature, users can see related studies including images to the subject they are working on. This would definitely speed up the time on how fast researchers can finish their paper.

Google Docs Another Competition Launched!

Indeed true, Latvian company is already on its way to launching an office suite that everyone can definitely use with no but's, no hassle, the OnlyOffice. This could be a threat to both Google Docs and Microsoft Word.

There is a group of Russian and Latvian multimedia developers invested in creating a new office platform. The said group was called as TeamLab. At first, they are focused on team collaboration and project-management tools but the team continuously making steps into creating online document editors. Google Docs might see this as one of their major competitors as they do what OnlyOffice does.
