Gran Turismo 6 News: Another Glitch Found, Grants Players 50 Million Credits [VIDEO]

Another Gran Turismo 6 Exploit Makes Microtransactions Easy to Avoid

As another selectable car has been added to the hundreds of automobile options in Gran Turismo 6, so too is another glitch. While the previous glitch involved the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo, this glitch involves the new BMW M4 Coupe, and it's more than twice as profitable. Follow the instructions below if 50,000,000 for nothing sounds like a good idea for you.

Just like the last glitch, you'll need to make sure that you have update 1.01 installed.

- First, you'll need some spare cash in order to buy the beamer, in this case, a minimum of 720,000 credits. Mere chump change when you consider what such an investment will yield.

- With your cash in hand, head into the dealership and buy the BMW M4 Coupe 6 times.

- When you're prompted to use the car after purchase, make sure you choose "No." Repeat this process for all purchases until 6 of the model cars are in your possession.

- When the cars are yours, quit the game, and go to "Game Data Utility" in the PlayStation 4 menu, and delete update 1.01.

- Start the game again, whereupon you'll be prompted to download the update. Just like we did with the last glitch, ignore the prompt and proceed without downloading it.

- Go to your garage, and sell one of the BMW M4s. It will be named 2074. When you go to sell, you'll notice it will be for an absoludicrous (that's an industry term) amount of money, well over what you're allowed to have. After selling the car, you've earned 20,000,000 credits. Similar to the last glitch, no? Close...

- With that amount of money, go and buy any car that costs 20,000,000 credits. Even that fancy Jaguar XJ13 you've had your eye on. Then buy 4 more cars of the same amount. You'll have to repeat the sale of the BMWs each time to get the money to finance the purchase of each 20,000,000 car.

- Once you have 5 of the 20,000,000 cars, you should still have one BMW M4 remaining. Sell it, but DON'T buy another 20,000,000 car. Quit the game, and restart. Again, you'll be prompted to download the update. Happily accept.

- With your game re-loaded and the patch re-installed, go forth and sell all the cars you bought for 20,000,000. No arguments! You'll get a measely 6,000,000 for each car. But with the 20,000,000 you got from that last M4, it adds up to a tidy amount. Do this to purchase any car of your choosing from here on out, and/or repeat the process as many times as needed. Just try to be quick about it, this will likely be patched away very soon.

Given we've seen this glitch twice now with the addition of two new cars, it'd be interesting to see if this happens each time a new car is added. We'll keep you posted if that's the case.
