Crystal Palace vs. Chelsea Preview
Chelsea are now six points clear off first place after a 1-0 win against Sunderland on Wednesday. Cesc Fabregas scored the lone goal towards the end of the first half. The Blues have now won ten straight league games.
Despite being ahead by six points and the favorites to lift the EPL trophy at the end of the season, Antonio Cante wants his players to do even more. He challenged the team to be in a better position by Christmas time.
"I'm pleased for my players. They deserve this for their commitment and their work rate. We have to continue on Saturday in what will be another tough game against Crystal Palace. We want to try to arrive at Christmas in an incredible position in the table," Conte said, via The Express.
As for Crystal Palace, they were on the verge of drawing against Manchester United 1-1 at home on Wednesday but Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the winner in the 88th minute. However, The Eagles have no time to think about the loss since they got the best team in the league on Saturday.
