Armie Hammer Gets Fit, Actor Prepping for Green Lantern Role in 'Justice League'?

Armie Hammer certainly loves to troll his fans about his rumored role as Green Lantern in "Justice League." The actor recently revealed that he has taken up boxing lessons, which only fuels speculations about his involvement in the movie.

Hammer took to his Twitter page to reveal his gruelling boxing session. The actor talked about the two-hour training he recently had, which left his body in a "fight or flight" condition.

His tweet may not really mean anything but simply shows his intention to get buff. However, it is interesting to point out that the timeline in his cryptic posts coincide with rumors about his Green Lantern role in the "Justice League" movie.

Speculations that Armie Hammer is cast in the film came after he and Joe Manganiello exchanged tweets. Their cryptic messages hint that Hammer is now part of the DCEU, just like Manganiello. The "Magic Mike" star plays Deathstroke in Ben Affleck's "Batman" movie.

Surprisingly, film producer Geoff Johns also started following Hammer on Twitter. This led fans to suspect that Armie Hammer has signed a deal with Warner Bros. for his rumored Green Lantern role in the "Justice League" movie.

Interestingly, Hammer himself do not seem to want the speculations to stop. He continues to troll his fans on social media. He recently shared a photo of himself and Joe Manganiello on his Instagram page.

However, there are also rumors that Armie Hammer will not play Green Lantern. Instead, he is supposedly Two-Face in Ben Affleck’s “Batman” movie. This rumor started after a lawyer tweeted his congratulations on the actor for landing another movie project.

Of course, no one knows for sure yet if Armie Hammer has been cast for either roles in the DCEU. The prevailing assumption though is that he will play Green Lantern in the "Justice League" movie and not as Two-Face in "Batman."
