The iOS 10.2 update has recently received a massive backlash from those who went on and converted to the said version. Sadly, this is not the first time that Apple's reputation has been tarnished this year, as many have spoken out on their experienced anomalies.

As some may know, the launch of the iPhone 7 line was not entirely as well-received due to a few mishaps. One of the most significant traits is the lack of a headphone jack which upset many conventional patrons of the phone line. Now, the move of the company to orient users on iOS 10.2 may also be another crucial action to some.

Recent reports delivered that the iOS 10.2 update put off some users that recently acquired it due to some of the features within it. The most pointed attribute is the draining of the battery unexpectedly fast-examples claim that coming from over 30%, the device immediately shuts off. Various other users justify that they encountered big drops in the battery life even at 50%, wherein the device is said to be on standby mode.

The same can be said that the EarPods stay on the bad side of people as well, even with the iOS 10.2 update, like being unable to hear calls along with microphone faults. The device's connectivity came into question as well. Overall, Apple was not able to deliver as properly with their iOS 10.2 update except for one, namely the need to customize an iPhone without the need to jailbreak the device.

Through the use of a special black wallpaper, it was said that the iOS 10.2 update can have the iPhone's dock and folder backgrounds vanish as well. There are also some wallpapers that are able to make folder icons disappear or turn to circles.

For the time being, the iOS 10.2 update has not done too much good to the fans and many are waiting for words on the flaws to come forth.
