FBI Agrees With CIA's Assessment About Russia Hacking The Election Results In Favor of Donald Trump

After almost a month of Trump's victory over US presidency, it seems like some rumors haven't died yet. One of which is about the hacking issues in regards to his winning. This time, it involves CIA, FBI, and the confirmation of the hacked election.

CIA Reports Linked The Connection Between Russia and The Election Results
Last December 9, almost every US citizen was shocked upon Obama's order to execute an investigation about the effects of the Russian cyber attacks in regards to this year's US election. After such effort, CIA has made its own evaluation, settling into a conclusion about Russia's goal of interference and this is to benefit Donald Trump. Washington Post and the NY Times have informed about the CIA's briefing to the senators about the said issue. However, no confirmation has been made about why Russia would like to see Trump as the new president, via SlashGear.

After this, FBI has agreed with the assessment made by the CIA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. James Comey, the FBI Director, has supported the CIA's evaluation together with James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence, therefore, it clearly shows that the three main intelligence agencies have agreed into the strong assumption.

The memo from Director Brennan stated this "Earlier this week, I met separately with (Director) FBI James Comey and DNI Jim Clapper, and there is strong consensus among us on the scope, nature, and intent of Russian interference in our presidential election. The three of us also agree that our organizations, along with others, need to focus on completing the thorough review of this issue that has been directed by President Obama and which is being led by the DNI."

The hacker's goal is not just about tampering the result rather, it stole data from the Democratic and Republic National Committee in favor of Trump winning over Hilary Clinton.
