Following Europe's early release in November, "Moto Racer 4" is coming to North America on January 24, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Microids and Artefacts Studio also announced that the game will be released as a digital-only title.

Players who have PlayStation VR can immerse themselves in "Moto Racer 4" using its unique VR features and experience video game racing "like never before," Microids says. A press release on Gamasutra states that the game will be available for $29.99. Previously, a PC version launched on Steam.

What To Expect In "Moto Racer 4"

"Moto Racer 4" returns to the roots of the series, which means gamers have the option to go for road races or dirt tracks. The launch trailer highlights extreme visuals as well as some tracks available for racing.

The game will have customization for both dirt and asphalt bikes, career mode and challenge modes. Multiplayer modes are also available in "Moto Racer 4" along with a split-screen feature. You can also play with up to 10 people online.

Unlike "MotoGP" or "Ride," "Moto Racer 4" lets gamers perform stunts on the dirt tracks, dodge cars and go on a rampage on the streets. To recall, the original "Moto Racer" game gained notoriety for its arcade-esque feel that was bent on speed, amazing frame rates and snazzy environments.

"Moto Racer 4" North America Launch

"Moto Racer 4 looks to continue building on the huge success that made the trilogy so popular by providing gamers with the enjoyable arcade action that's expected from the series, by making sure it's fast, frantic, and fun," Microids says. The company hasn't confirmed yet if the Season Pass would also be released on January 24, PlayStation Lifestyle reports.
