Top Canceled 'League of Legends' Characters You Need To Know About

Currently, "League of Legends" players enjoy a lot of fun heroes with unique gameplay skills and other capabilities. Recently, Riot Games released a new support hero named Renata Glasc.

She offers a whole new type of gameplay, especially since she can control all the enemy heroes and minions. With her last skill, she can create a chaotic scene in the Summoner's Rift. 

But, Riot Games also has the habit of canceling long-teased champions. Now, here are the recently leaked champions that didn't arrive in the Summoner's Rift.

According to AltChar's latest report, Riot Games has canceled some very interesting champions. Although some reliable game enthusiasts already leaked them, the giant title creator still decided to remove them from its plans.

One of them is Omen, who was supposed to be another Void champion. On the other hand, Riot Games also didn't release the voodoo shaman character named Tabu. 

Instead, Tabu's original design was adjusted, leading to the current tank Chogat. Aside from these two, Caitlyn's rumored ex-partner, HUsk, was supposed to be her rival of Vi. 

Meanwhile, Riot Games was also about to release the first dragon hero, Ao Shin. Some rumors claim that he is comparable to Aurelion Sol. 

Now, here are other heroes that didn't make it to the Summoner's Rift: 

  • Priscilla
  • Eagle Rider
  • Gavid 
  • Well 
  • Iron Engineer
  • Rob Blackblade 

How Many 'LoL' Heroes are There? 

LeagueFeed explained that hundreds of "League of Legends" characters are currently playable. They range from assassins, mages, warriors, tanks, marksmen, healers, and other types of heroes. 

All in all, Riot games was able to launch 159 characters ever since the popular strategy game began. This is a massive increase from its 40 characters back in 2009. 

One of the most iconic heroes released by Riot Games is Draven, being the 100th champion in the Summoner's Rift. As of the moment, the giant title creator is still working on new heroes to enhance its fans' gaming experiences further.
