iOS 9.3.2 Jailbreak Rumors: Apple sinks Pangu With Final 9.3.3 Release

iOS 9.3.2 Jailbreak Rumors: Apple sinks Pangu With Final 9.3.3 Release

Apple has dodged at least one iOS jailbreak threat by releasing the final completed version of iOS 9.3.3. This development thus renders the alleged iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak of Pangu useless.

Like previous iOS builds, the final release of iOS 9.3.3 carries the important bug fixes and performance improvements for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, Forbes reported. For those who are unaware, iOS 9.3.3 went through five betas the past months.

Pangu shifts gears to iOS 9.3.3, 10 Jailbreaks

Apple’s final release of iOS 9.3.3 may be irrelevant to owners but a heartbreak to the iOS jailbreaking fans. After showing off three potential iOS jailbreaks at MOSET 2016, none have surfaced publicly.

In a previous post, it was highlighted that time was not on the side of Pangu. There were already indications that Apple was nearing the final stages of an iOS 9.3.3 release and now that time has come.

Whether or not there was really an iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak coming out will no longer matter. Pangu will now have to focus on the other versions with the countdown set for September. The reason for this is belief that iOS 10 will be officially unveiled in the Fall.

Will Pangu have something at Black Hat USA 2016

Black Hat USA 2016 is the next event where Pangu will be holding a talk. Some are toying with the idea of a possible iOS jailbreak release but all that was before the completed final iOS 9.3.3 came out. Much of that was covered in another post.

Whether or not Pangu touches on an iOS jailbreak yet again hardly matters unless a working jailbreak tool comes out. Unless an actual crack comes out, Pangu’s claims are nothing more than theories. It doesn’t place them far from independent hackers who claim jailbreaking success but have not rendered any public release.

With another botched jailbreaking opportunity, Pangu now focuses on a jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3. Recall that one obstacle believed was he buggy nature of the iOS 9.3.2 so there may be no excuses this time around.

Pangu has about one and a half months to come up with a jailbreak and the clock starts now.
