The "Mortal Kombat X" is the tenth installment of its game series. The game has made a very huge success when it was released; it is played by millions of players around the world. Because the game was very successful, fans have been expecting its next expansion: the "Kombat Pack 3." But, there are no official announcements that were made for the "Mortal Kombat X: Kombat Pack 3."
Since the release of "Mortal Kombat X" on 2015, there have been two Kombat Packs that were launched. Each of the Kombat Pack contains four new playable characters, and now the "Mortal Kombat X" has eight new characters thanks to the Kombat Packs. But, players want more new characters and improvements to the game.
According to a report from Movie News Guide, Ed Boon, the co-creator of the game "Mortal Kombat X," teased the fans by posting a meme on its Twitter account. The post shows that there is a high possibility that the "Mortal Kombat X" Kombat Pack 3 will be made. There will also be other versions that includes "Mortal Kombat XL."
There are also reports that say the "Mortal Kombat X" Kombat Pack 3 might be delayed because NetherRealm Studios has other priorities. The developers are said to be working on the game "Injustice 2." The Kombat Pack 3 will more likely be launched after the sequel of "Injustice" will be finally released.
Ed Boon recently made a poll through his official twitter account that are asking gamers if which would they prefer "Injustice 2," "Kombat Pack 3," or "Shaolin Monks 2," as stated by Attack of the Fanboy. The upcoming downloadable content for the "Mortal Kombat X" might have the additional characters like Noob Saibot, Rain, Baraka, Sindel and Fujin. Baraka is a known crossbreed warrior of the denizens of Outworld and demons of Netherealm who served the great Emperor Shao Kahn.
