‘Ghost Recon Wildlands” Release Date, News & Update: Four New Videos Released, One Of Biggest Maps In A Game Ever

Four new videos have been released for Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon Wildlands" and these show exactly how detailed and realistic this upcoming shooter will be. The first video looks into what Dominic Butler, lead game designer, thinks of the game that he help designed. The open world is shown as well as a generous sample of the gun slinging action and adventure that the drug war setting can give its players.

True Achievements reports that some members of the Ghost Recon community paid a visit to the studio to be amongst the first to explore the open-world that the game has. The official video, which you can watch below, shows how this pleasant experience was for those lucky fans as they try this new awesome game.

Other than those lucky members of the Ghost Recon community, several participants of the E3 event got their chance to play Wildlands. Of course, they all had positive reactions as soon as they were able to get their hands on the game as they all appeared mindblown by the experience.

The video below also shows how far the geniuses behind this new game went to bring its players an experience unlike any other. It shows the people who were behind the first Ghost Recon game and why they chose to create something different this time.

The Bit Bag reports that Wildlands' version of Bolivia is going to be massive and immersive as it has been estimated as three times bigger than that of "GTA V." The map will also be bigger than those from other Ubisoft titles such as "The Division" and "Watch Dogs," although it is still smaller than that from "Just Cause 3." Now that it is confirmed that the map will not be lacking in size, the only issue that remains now is how it will be filled with interesting details.

It is reported that Ubisoft's different take on this new game has given it mixed reviews, with some saying that the shooting and cover systems were quite lacking. GameSpot's Tamoor Hussain said that "it felt more like a run and gun shooter than a tactical third person shooter" in describing the "Ghost Recon Wildlands" mechanics.
