NFL News: Houston Texas Quarterback Brock Osweiler A Disaster? Trevor Siemian Most Interesting QB Of 2016?

NFL fans are wondering if Houston Texas team made the right decision in giving Brock Osweiler a $72 million contract for four years. After the quarterback's struggle against the Indianapolis Colt at NRG Stadium, some critics may call the deal a disaster. The contract also included a $37 million guaranteed investment, and fans think that the amount is too much for so little production.

According to Greg Cosell, an NFL analyst, the problem with Brock Osweiler is his lanky features. Standing at 6 feet 7 inches, the 25-year-old quarterback is not very fluid and compact in his movements. There is a difficulty in the way he pockets and resets the throw.

Cosell compared Brock Osweiler to Tom Brady (New England Patriots) and Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints). The senior producer of NFL films believes that the Houston Texas quarterback still needs protection unlike the other two. Fans believe that it is too early to give up on Brock and that he simply needs a better offensive line to reach that goal.

Meanwhile, Rolling Stone says that Trevor Siemian could be the most interesting quarterback of the year. The Northern University graduate's only regular NFL experience was against the Steelers, yet he is the quarterback of the defending team. Siemian was likened to a 12-year-old boy who was allowed to drive his daddy's Ferrari.

But not all Denver Broncos' fans were impressed by Trevor Siemian. The Super Bowl champions had already lost two games in a row. SB Nation reported that Siemian threw balls at 4.6 yards per attempt and completing only one of the nine throws.
