"Star Wars Rebels" Season 3 episode 7 preview has been released by Lucas Film. The episode was titled the "Mandalorian Showdown - Imperial Commandos" and it shows Sabine and Ezra being surrounded by Mandalorians who are loyal to the Empire. Caught and tensed, they were asked to choose between to die or come with them to the base.
Fans of "Star Wars Rebels" know that the Mandalorians are the Spartans in the Star Wars world. They are one of the most rugged fighters in the galaxy who were specially trained for wars. Having said that, it is easy to see that being caught by them is a very bad thing.
Moreover, in the upcoming episode of "Star Wars Rebels," Sabine and Ezra lost contact with the Protectors of Concord Dawn and they soon realized that the base was seized by the Imperial Mandalorians. It is quite sad to see Sabine facing off with her own Mandalorian people, plus some of her family members are still with the group, but that cannot be helped.
At any rate, for avid viewers of "Star Wars" animation series, they feel that the previous "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" did not end with a closure because it happened suddenly, without real resolutions since Season 5 was canceled. This sort of abrupt ending makes fans wonder what could have happened if all the episodes were shown and the story was completed.
With "Star Wars Rebels" Season 6 episode 6 "The Last Battle," Lucasfilm is hoping that they have finally given fans the closure that they want from Clone Wars. On the other hand, as mentioned above, the next episode will finally put Sabine into action as she faces the Mandalorians. Ezra and Sabine will also have to take on new roles as they have tough challenges to face as the rebels of the Empire.
To sum it up, "Star Wars Rebels" will mainly focus on the missions of four major characters namely Ezra, Rex, Kanan and Zeb. They were deployed to investigate the mysterious planet known as "Agamar," and this mission will obviously require them to go through many unexpected roadblocks. Lastly, the "Imperial Super Commandos" will air on Nov. 5 on Disney XD.
