‘Injustice 2’ Release Date, Characters, News & Update: Sequel to Include Sub-Zero, Spawn? ‘Watchmen’ Characters Set to Join The Second Installment
"Injustice 2" is already set to come out in 2017 and the creative director of NetherRealm Studios Ed Boon has been communicating with the players of the franchise as he tries to come up with the best characters to be included in the highly anticipated sequel. "Injustice: Gods Among Us" came out in 2013 and the fighting video game based on DC Comics superheroes immediately become a hit all over the world. According to the latest reports, the second installment might feature Sub-Zero from "Mortal Kombat," and Spawn following the results of Twitter polls conducted by Boon as to what characters fans would want to see in "Injustice 2."
According to a report by GameRant, Boon has recently teased fans that the American comic-book limited series, "Watchmen," might also join "Injustice 2." Although Boon has yet to make it official, many fans are already excited by the idea presented by the NetherRealm Studios' creative director.
As of the moment, Boon is trying to ask the audience via Twitter if they want to see the creation of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons in "Injustice 2." The second installment of the series is expected to become a hit once it hits the market next year; however, fans would like to know more about the game before it launches.
Many fans are already curious as to how the characters from "Watchmen" would pair against the like of Superman or Wonder Woman in "Injustice 2." It is definitely going to be an interesting sight but NetherRealm Studios are committed to bring a new vibe to the game.
Meanwhile, the game developer has yet to finalize the character line up of "Injustice 2;" however, fans and critics predict that the company will provide solid details before the year ends.
