'Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide' Latest News & Update: 'Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide' Beta Patch 1.5; Chain Of Fire Map, Balanced Weapon, Bugs & Error Fixes

"Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide" is on beta test and, recently, the beta has received a new patch. The public testing beta patch 1.5 has added a brand new game's map called Circuit Fire.

The inclusion of the latest map enables gamers to scale a mountain to light a beacon. This, in turn, alerts the settlements nearby of an incoming attack by the Skaven Armies. Various bug fixes and errors were corrected in the latest patch for "Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide" as reported by MMO Examiner.

Also included in the modifications are the improvements made to ragdoll-physics, including the latest HUD accessible through player's controller. There is also improvement on one-handed weapons. Other enhancements cover distance deviation, faster speed, weak attacks causing more damage and movements during blocking. "Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide" beta patch 1.5 includes upgrading friendly robots to become more intelligent. These robots are now unable to destroy gunpowder barrels.

Also, the build-up of heat needed for charge attacks were reduced in "Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide" beta patch 1.5. AoE and DoTs attacks will now have less damage to allies. The weapons were the main focus of the patch in particular including increased damage for the Great Axe. Weak attacks can penetrate armor. Hitboxes were also adjusted on the enemies to more accurately represent the models, which include Clan rat, Slave rat and Loot rat. In addition Grey Seer, gutter Runner, Packmaster, Stormvermin, Rattling Gunner, Globadier, and Rat Ogre were also adjusted.

For fixes on the levels of "Warhammer: The End Times-Vermintide" Black Powder fixed an exploit with bridges and AI. In Castle Dracenfels an issue with the sky is fixed, while a respawn issue at the Chalice Event was also addressed. Also addressed was a missing roof at the escape event. For Dungeons, improvements made for the end event are speed and ledge hanging, writes Goha.
