Lenovo Yoga 910 Overview: Specs, Price And Features

Lenovo introduces yet another convertible laptop from their "Yoga" series. The Lenovo Yoga 910 still carries their patented watch-band hinge design, but now sports a textured and brushed metal look. The suggested retail price starts from $1049.99 and up.

The 2-in-1 laptop parades a 13.9 IPS display with a 3840 x 2190 resolution. Laptopmag claims it is higher than the usual 13.3-inch screens used in other laptops of the same size. Its 4K-resolution screen support capacitive multi-touch input and holds an integrated camera at the bottom. Its design also lends it an almost bezel-less appearance, which seems to be rare among laptop displays.

Visually, the Yoga 910 bears a top-shelf design with its brushed metal uni-body construction. Lenovo's slaps on the same Yoga watch-band hinge of its predecessor that appears to give it a luxurious appeal. The side-mounted metal buttons finally complete its sleek and stylish appearance.

The Yoga 910 relies on a 2.7GHz Intel Core i7 7500U processor, supported by an 8GB RAM (Upgradeable to 16GB). The storage aspect of the devices is handled by a 256GB solid-state drive by default and could handle an upgrade up to a 1TB PCIe SSD. Its wireless connectivity functions include WiFi 802.11 ac with a Bluetooth 4.1 technology. It runs on Microsoft's Windows 10 platform.

The laptop is flanked by JBL Premium Audio-powered speakers located at the bottom lip of each side facing the user. Its dual-array microphones also come with noise-cancelling technology to reduce ambient noise. A single audio/mic combo port is available on the right-side of the device

The laptop showcases sunken a back-lit keyboard and recessed touchpad scheme. This obviously appears to be a design feature to prevent unwanted input when it's in stand mode. A fingerprint-reader also appears just below the bottom right side of the keyboard. The device also carries a rechargeable 78Wh battery that promises up to 9 hours of usage time.
