Roland TR-808 drum machine is an easier way for people to yield an electronic drum beat and it is developed in Japan according to Esquire. It became an indispensable element of hip-hop right after Afrika Bambaataa used the 808 in the 1982 track "Planet Rock."
Conversations of some of the hip-hop giants as well as pop music production are showcased in "808". It is directed by Alex Noyer and its aim is to ascertain the significance of the device. It should be noted that "808" is not a movie about music tools and the Roland TR-808 drum machine is considered to be one of the most powerful pieces ever made in the music technology. Even today, the sound continued to reverberate.

It features Questlove, Pharrell Williams, the Beastie Boys, legendary producers Arthur Baker and Rick Rubin, old school rappers Soul Sonic Force and T La Rock, Phil Collins, a UK master of jungle, drum and bass Goldie, Hank Shocklee and many more according to Mashable. On the other hand, those who are not on Apple Music could access the film on iTunes but it will be released on Dec. 16, 2016.
