World of Warcraft received a new patch recently that buffed certain classes in PvE combat. Players who play either the Death Knight or Druid will surely love the changes made in the game's latest update.

More Powerful in PvE

Those who are new to World of Warcraft must know that each class in the game has three different talent specializations to choose from. Each of these specializations (aka specs) provides players with new abilities and enhancements that are tailored to specific playstyles.

The Death Knight's "Frost" spec, for example, is great for PvE because of its high burst damage and cleave. That said, the recent patch has buffed the Frost Death Knight's damage by 4% across the board. However, it is worth noting that this change is only implemented in PvE and not for PvP.

Aside from the Death Knight, Druids have received various improvements, particularly to the "Feral" specialization. For one, Rip and Primal Wrath's damage has increased by 10%. Rake and Feral Frenzy saw a 5% improvement in damage as well. Just like the Frost Death Knight, these buffs are not applied to PvP combat.

How about Paladins? Players who use Retribution Paladins will be happy to know that this spec also got some love in the game's most recent update. Truth's Wake and Seething Flames have their damage increased by a whopping 28%. Besides that, both Wake of Ashes and Blade of Justice receive a 20% damage buff too!
