Resident Evil Revelations 2 News: Tokyo Game Show Information Leaks PS Vita Port?

Fight Zombies On Your Vita With Resident Evil: Revelations 2

Along with info about several other games, Resident Evil: Revelations 2 has been named as one of the titles to be featured at Tokyo Game Show 2014. Most surprisingly, the zombie survival horror sequel will be adorning the PS Vita section of TGS.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 Will Be A 4-Part Episodic Game Featuring Claire Redfield

This news comes to us via NeoGAF user zeromcd73, who also spills the beans on the presence of titles like Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Until Dawn, Uncharted 4 (which apparently carries the rather hilarious subtitle The Pirate King And The Final Secret Treasure in Japan).

In a communication with EuroGamer, the Resident Evil people apparently neither confirmed nor denied this PS Vita news: "Capcom is focused on developing Resident Evil Revelations 2 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. No other announcements have been made."

Besides Revelations 2, another mystery title is set to be announced for the PS Vita. As for PS4, Final Fantasy 15 may be announced according to rumors which reached EuroGamer's ear. The game formerly known as Final Fantasy Versus 13 (which was to be a PS3 exclusive) is scheduled for release to PS4 and Xbox One at some point, though no actual date is known.

So without putting any undue hope in your hearts, Resident Evil Revelations 2 is due out somewhere in 2015 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. And who knows, maybe after this weekend, we'll be able to add the PS Vita to that list.
