World Of Tanks Patch 9.3 Now Live; New Light Turrets; HD Mods And Stronghold Changes Drastically Change Up The Tank Sim

World Of Tanks Patch 9.3 Now Live With New HD Skins, Light Tanks, Stronghols Changes And More!

Today, Wargaming rolled out patch 9.3, the latest content update for the world's premier tanking sim, World of Tanks.

Smite MOBA Gets The New Gods

The patch notes were detailed via a video from Wargaming three weeks ago. Several tanks have joined the 21st century and have received a full HD model, including IS-7, T-34, I 52, M5 Stuart and the Panther. Additionally, several new Light Turrets have been added for all of you scouts and speedsters:

The Soviet T 54 Light will be perfect for those of you who like the original T 54 but want to scout a little more. The American T 49 carries a 152 mm cannon, and with its own great mobility and speed, the company predicts it will be a fan favorite. The German RU 251 has been in development a long time and is "capable of causing a hurricane in the enemy rear and fulfilling its mission as a top tier scout.

Clash Of Clans Gets Biblical With The Noah's Ark Assault

The gameplay experience has also been improved. Wargaming has introduced a new penalty system which punishes players who exit matches before their tank is destroyed or who log in then immediately quit out. The effort is aimed to create a more fair and balanced game for everyone.

9.3 also updates the popular Strongholds mission type. Now Legionnaires, the true Ronin of World of Tanks, can participate in Strongholds Skirmishes without joining a clan. A new building, the War Department, allows clan members to easily relay distinctive special instructions to the rest of their clan.

A complete and utter overhaul of the particle physics and explosions designs should also create a more immersive and visually appealing user experience, too.
