Magic 2015 - Duels of the Planewalkers expansion Garruk's Revenge will be released on November 5 for $4.99. The expansion will hit PC via Steam and Android through Google Play on that day, while the Xbox, iPad, and Kindle versions will be released "shortly" after.

Garruk Wildspeaker has been a character in the loose narrative of the past games, and the expansion offers a campaign that focuses on him specifically. Players will use his deck to battle through opponents in four new campaign levels, featuring cards from the Alara block. Garruk's deck improves as you win, and you can unlock Alara cards to modify your own deck as you play. This additional tidbit should really please some fans, as well:

"Along with the release of Garruk's Revenge, all cards in both the original Magic 2015 campaign, Hunt Bigger Game and the expansion are now entirely earnable through gameplay. With the release of this expansion, players who have unlocked access to the game's five initial chapters (Innistrad, Theros, Ravnica, Zendikar, and Shandalar) now have the opportunity to earn Battle Boosters (previously called Premium Boosters) by winning multiplayer matches."

In short: more levels, more cards, and more options. If you've never jumped into the series, it's more accessible than you may think through the digital version, which offers a swath of tutorials. Magic 2015 - Duels of the Planewalkers is available now on Steam for $9.99.
