Grand Theft Auto Online Heists Teaser Released; Grab Your Friends And Knock Over Banks On All Platforms In Early 2015 [VIDEO]

Grab Your Friends, Get Some Guns And Let's Go! Grand Theft Auto Online Heists Will Reinvigorate The Online Experience in 2015

“I know you’ve been complaining. But you weren’t ready.” So begins the sixty second-long teaser to the upcoming Grand Theft Auto Online Heists, the new four player co-op mode.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! DLC Takes You Back To The Bloody, Bloody Moon

Rockstar certainly has been listening to its fans regarding the lack of “direction” in the online mode for GTA V. Sure, knocking over liquor stores with a bunch of friends is great, but I suppose the missing ingredient is, as always: jet fighters, rocket launchers and knocking over high security banks. You know, the simple things in life.

Heists “allows players to plan, prepare and execute multi-tiered Heists across Los Santos and Blaine County. These will require tight communication and coordination, with players taking on specified roles at each point to accomplish multiple objectives on the way to each Heist’s epic finale.” It’s not quite Ocean’s 11, but there are far more bullets involved, so it’s really a win-win for everyone.

Assassin's Creed Unity Patch #4 Is, Unsurprisingly, Put On Hold

The update will include new vehicles, weapons, clothes, objectives, everything you and your four man team needs to pull off the heist of the century. You can even go all Dead Presidents and pick up some masks to hide your identity. Not that being pinched means anything terrible happens to you, but the new mission objectives will give the game some exciting stakes. Having to coordinate with (and yell at) your buddies will be the cherry on top.

Because let’s face it guys - and I’m mostly speaking to the guys in the audience - you’ve all dreamt of a getting a few of your buddies together and knocking over a bank. Now you can do it, all without the whole ‘going to jail thing’ that’s holding you back.

GTA Online Heists are coming early in 2015 to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 and PC. Watch the trailer and assemble your crew.

“It’ll be the easiest money you’ve ever made.” We’ll see about that.
