Attack on Titan Developers Released First Screen Shot Of Game, To be Out by 2016 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita

Partners KOEI Tecmo and Omega Force finally released the first details and high-resolution screenshots of their 2016 action packed game, Attack on Titan.

Attack on Titan, the game, is an adaptation of the 2013 anime of the same title. The voice actors from the 2013 anime will also return for the game to represent their characters.

As early as now, the developers have released some details of the game and it looks promising.

KOEI Tecmo and Omega Force said that one of the game's biggest draw would be its tactical hunting gameplay where the battlefield demands constant change in the player's tactics most especially when dealing with giant bosses. They also pointed out that the player's action will have a direct impact on the outcome of the action.

Second would be the game's 3D maneuverability and body parts destruction. Gamers can use the game's 3D Maneuver Gear feature where it would take the character to zip around the sky and battle the titans. This feature will allow gamers to target body parts of the titans.

Another feature that the developers pointed out is the game's massive battlefield stages which will give the gamers a huge area to explore and compete on. To add, the damage done to the battlefield will have an impact to the progress of a game. For example, a broken wall will give the player a new area to explore, etc.

Graphics of the game will also be a showcase, KOEI Tecmo, and Omega Force cited. The developers have fused the anime and the game worlds which will give the players the feel that they are actually controlling the characters of the popular anime.

Lastly, a game is nothing without a legendary plot and story line. Since the game is based on the popular anime, the game will relive the rich story of the 2013 anime and will feature characters like Eren and Mikasa.

The game will be officially released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita. In addition, the game will be initially out in the North America Region and Europe.
