With the recent unveiling of the new Nintendo Switch, gamers were given a preview of a few gaming titles that will be available for the said console such as the upcoming "Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild." Nintendo's preview trailer for its new console Nintendo Switch showcased some of the device's features, it portability, as well as exciting gaming titles that gamers can soon play. The teaser clip even featured a quick look at a "Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild" gameplay scene.

However, the console's specifications may have contributed to the game's delayed release, according to iDigital Times. Given the lack of updates for the upcoming gaming title, it is still unclear if Nintendo's technical team is nearing the end of its development activities for the said game.

The same report also highlighted other issues such as the framerate dips observed in the Nintendo Switch preview trailer that featured scenes from the upcoming game. In the said scenes, Link appears to be slowing down when played using the new console's portable mode. However, the game's performance may have also been affected by other factors such as the Nintendo Switch's potential low speed settings when on portable mode.

A comparison between the Wii U and Nintendo Switch features were also mentioned that may affect the gameplay experience for "Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild" players. Some of these elements include the controllers' gyroscope functionality and the Switch's potential touchscreen feature.
