'Skyrim 2' Release Date, News & Updates: Is Bethesda About to Crack? Fans Left to Deal wtih Present Games?

"Skyrim 2" is an idea that many have been somewhat fantasizing about, which inevitably has shaken the community over with intense controversy. Bethesda themselves have put a nail onto the coffin of speculations thus far, though many may still be hoping for a different response.

For those unaware, Bethesda's "The Elder Scrolls V" or "Skyrim" as most refer to was known as one of the most appealing games ever made in history. With the success that seemingly topples over a lot of in the competition, it has become a natural liking to the fans to want such a continuity in the form of "Skyrim 2" even if to no avail yet.

According to some Twitter posts that inquire about "Skyrim 2," an immediate answer was provided by Dr. Agon, claiming that Bethesda is not working on the aforementioned title amidst all the commotion going around. For the time being, Bethesda fans may have to deal with the existing title, as well as that which is a fixed declaration to date.

As per Game Spot, "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" remaster or the Special Edition was shown not too long back from the time of this writing, showing fans how distinct said version is. The majority of the edition's offerings include visual improvements, lighting, field effects and more. While this may be fine for those who can settle for less, some may see the particular move as a preparation for the upcoming continuity being placed for the next generation of consoles-though this is yet to be made concrete for "Skyrim 2."

For the time being, Bethesda's success has not shriveled as "Fallout 4" and the "DOOM" reboot are absorbing a massive fan base all throughout. That being said, fingers are crossed and hopes are way up for any more news that can pertain to "Skyrim 2," albeit the chances being rather narrow.
