‘Street Fighter V’ Latest News & Update: Capcom Characters Joining 2017 Game Pass Revealed?

"Street Fighter V" will make way for a new character before the month ends. The notoriously powerful and iconic Capricon characters are all set to become playable characters. Reports claim that Akuma - Goki in Japanese parlance -- takes one of the six new character slots that is included in the 2017 game pass.

The Capcom Pro Tour held last November hinted Akuma's "Street Fighter V" arrival. Forbes recounted the initial confusion among fans when Yoshinoro Ono, executive game producer said in an interview that they never confirmed the addition of a new character.

Confusions were instantly put to rest when Ryu's skillset was revealed as he confronted the master of Satsui no Hado. With perfect coincidence, Capcom Unity's Polygon detailed that Akuman's V-Skill as Rakan which is similar to Ryu's MindEye gave him the ability to counter incoming attacks with upward kicks and palm strikes in "Street Fighter V."

Further in "Street Fighter V", Akuama's V-Trigger made him ready for Dohatsu Shoten. In the games, Akuma's Gohadokens will inflict greater damage. After getting hit by a Goshoryuken, opponents will be hit by follow-ups that will surely bring them to the ground.

Sekia Koretsuha is Akuma's primary act where he transfers a fascinating amount of Ki to the palm of his hands before striking an attack against the ground. In the game "Street Fighter V" this will produce a massive explosion of overwhelming energy that strikes down anybody in its wake.

But the most powerful Akuma act is the Shun Goku Satsu, which is more prominently called the fatal Raging Demon. With this act, Akuma glides towards the opponent and grabs him down. The opponent in "Street Fighter V" shall then suffer a series of fatal blows as the screen turns black.

"Street Fighter V" teaser trailer also reveals Akuma's new kanji which, according to Gamespot, is a godlike person insignia. Akuma will be available via the Character Pass at $29.99 on December 20. On the other hand, the game is also available on the PlayStation 4 and the PC.
