Some images of the Chinese beta of the Valorant Mobile were recently leaked. Now videos of the gameplay of the upcoming game have also surfaced online, showing a glimpse of how the popular first-person shooting will feel like when played on mobile devices.

Valorant Mobile is Almost Identical to PC Version

A 21-second clip was posted by DannyINTEL on Youtube and Twitter. In the video, we can see agent Jett on the Ascent map shooting enemies with the Classic pistol. The controls and the environment look identical to the game's PC version. It seems that this is indeed the mobile game that fans have been waiting for. Her abilities look the same as well.

Aside from Jett, Breach, Reyna, Killjoy, Skye, Phoenix, and Sova all make appearances in the clip. The clip didn't show, however, what the gameplay is like from the perspective of these other agents.

DannyINTEL also posted another clip of what seemed to be the character selection menu and the heads-up display (HUD) layout of Valorant Mobile. The loading screen design and character selection seems to be a little different in this version than in the PC version. But since these aren't official yet, it is still possible that Riot could still make changes to these. The HUD is customizable, and since it's the mobile version, players will now make use of the on-screen buttons to use their abilities and attack their enemies.

The Graphics Valorant Mobile Look Great!

Valorant Mobile was first announced on June 2, 2021, along with the celebration of the game's first anniversary. The mobile version of Riot Game's massively popular tactical first-person shooter game is currently undergoing testing in China. All details of this game are still under wraps.

Leaked screenshots were also posted by DannyINTEL on Friday, showing the UI for the touch controls. It shows that the gameplay of the mobile version doesn't differ from the PC. The screenshot shows some of the familiar aspects, such as buying weapons at the beginning of the match, the abilities of the chosen agent, featuring in teams of 5, as well as the minimap.

From these leaks, it doesn't look like any of the graphics quality was reduced or downgraded. This is a good sign of the mobile version having a better quality compared to other mobile versions of PC games such as Battlefield Mobile, which suffered from rough starts and low-quality graphics. The same agents such as Sova, Killjoy, Breach, Jett, Phoenix, Reyna, and Skye were also revealed. However, it is not yet clear if we will be seeing other agents once the game is released.

Other screenshots showed the matchmaking and the loading screens. We might need to keep an eye out as DannyINTEL seems to have a few more in store due to the frequency of his posts.

Valorant is one of the most popular titles on PC today, with millions of players all over the world. Several Esports events around it have been held, such as the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) held all-year long.
