In a bit to further improve its standing, NAVI has announced some changes to its Rainbow Six Siege roster - featuring a new player, performance manager, and coach.

The team announced that for the second stage of the 2022 European League for Rainbow Six Siege, they are adding Jamie "Skiddy" Diamond to the roster, writes DotESports. He is replacing the departing Rickard "Secretly" Olofsson, who was with the team during the first stage of the current EUL and also during the 2020 and 2021 iterations.
As for their new performance manager, they didn't say who they were signing up but they did bid farewell to Youenn "Chicken" Rocaboy. NAVI expresses "sincere gratitude" for Chicken and Secretly's contributions to the team, while also wishing them the best of luck for their careers moving forward.
To cap things off, the team also has a new coach in Alonso "Alo" Diez, whose experience includes Wizards ESports Club and Rebels Gaming. He led the former to the championship of the Season 3 of Spain Nationals, wherein Wizards swept the opposing Movistar Riders 3-0 in the finals.

For now, NAVI says that the entire team has already arrived in Warsaw at their Kinguin training base, in preparation for their upcoming matches for stage 2 of the Rainbow Six Siege tourney. It's not clear which teams they're going to be facing for the upcoming playdays as of the moment.

NAVI's New Player And Coach At A Glance
Skiddy will now try to help steer NAVI from its underwhelming 8th place finish during the first stage, where they won only three games. But the former's skills could definitely come in handy, considering how good Skiddy has been in such a short amount of time.
According to MNM.gg, Diamond has only been competing in the Northern Premiere League for around 2 months as a former member of MNM Gaming. But in that tiny span of time, he's already made a name for himself as an excellent fragger, which could be something that NAVI needs to turn its fortune around.
He will have to fill some big shoes, though, as Secretly is not just any other player. As per Siege.gg, Olofsson has recorded a rating of 0.92, with a 59% KOST and a K-D of 1572-1766 for his entire career.
It's not all bad for NAVI, however, as they did show a hint of promise during their 8th place finish in stage 1. They managed to beat Team Secret after losing four straight games. One of those wins is a 7-2 victory of stage leaders Heroic, which basically show that they're only missing a couple of key pieces before they become legitimate contenders.
