Odette's new ultimate is now available in "Mobile Legends" advanced servers, allowing game testers to check if the revamped version of the mage hero is a good one.

Previously, Moonton Games, the Chinese game developer behind the mobile title, launched the controversial Vexana rework.
Although other skills of the mage champion are quite satisfying, there's no denying that the new ultimate of Vexana disappointed many fans.
This is because her new last skill can no longer one-shot enemy heroes. However, Vexana's Undead Knight is still a great ability to zone out enemies, as well as push enemy turrets.

Some of "Mobile Legends" advanced server testers leaked videos of the new Odette on BiliBili, TikTok, Discord, and other online platforms.
Based on their footage, Odette will still have her passive, first, and second skills. But, her ultimate will be a different one.

You can say that the rework of Odette will be similar to Vexana's. When it comes to her actual ultimate, the mage champion will launch an illusion that deals magic damage against enemies near her location.
Of course, her "Swan Song" skill will still be used by the illusion she launches in a certain area. Thanks to this, she no longer needs to leap and actually receive enemy champions' damages against her.
But, there's one issue. It will be hard to see if your ultimate is actually in the right position since it will not be coming from Odette herself.

How To Counter New Odette
Since Odette's new ultimate still functions like the current "Swan Song" ability, you can counter her just like before.
To avoid getting your HP drained, all you need to do is get out of the range of Odette's last skill. But, what if she builds items that can slow your movement speed?
If this is the case, the best thing you can do is use the Radiant Armor. This in-game item will reduce the magic damage that can stack up.
On the other hand, you can also rely on Athena Shield to reduce Odette's burst damage. When it comes to battle spells, purify or flicker is your best choice, as reported by Zathong.
