Digital Extremes launched quite a big patch for Warframe to end the year. Update 35, aka "Whispers in the Walls," gives players a new cinematic quest where they will be rewarded with blueprints for the new Warframe, Qorvex. In addition, those who have not farmed Sevagoth blueprints in the past now have a chance to do so by looking for specific alerts.

Embark on a New Journey

Players who have completed the "Heart of Deimos" and "The New War" main story quests can embark on a new journey called "Whispers in the Walls." This new cinematic quest line takes players back to Deimos to investigate Albrecht's hidden laboratories.

Those who have not done the required quests do not have to worry about Mastery Ranks at all. That's because, from this point onward, Digital Extremes has removed the MR requirements from all main story quests to allow players to enjoy what the main campaign has to offer.

That said, what do players gain by completing the Whispers in the Walls quest line? Well, they can get blueprints for the newest Warframe, Qorvex, as well as a new secondary weapon called the "Grimoire."

Additionally, players will have access to the Cavia Syndicate in the Sanctum Anatomica hub on Deimos. This group is composed of intelligent animals that gained the ability to speak due to the Void experiments conducted by Albrecht Entrati.

Emerge from the Shadows

Those who were not able to complete Sevagoth's blueprints before can now farm them again in Update 35. From now until December 20, players can get a hold of the dark helmsman's blueprints by looking for specific alerts. Here is a rundown:

  • Alert 1 Rewards: Sevagoth Blueprint and Epitaph Blueprint

  • Alert 2 Rewards: Sevagoth Systems and Epitaph Receiver

  • Alert 3 Rewards: Sevagoth Chassis and Epitaph Barrel

  • Alert 4 Rewards: Sevagoth Neuroptics and Sevagoth In-Action Glyph

For the uninitiated, "Alerts" in Warframe are temporary missions that appear at random. Completing these missions will give players amazing rewards. In this case, those who are diligent enough to finish these Alerts can get blueprints for Sevagoth and his trusty "Epitaph" sidearm.

Cross-Platform Save Almost Ready

Digital Extremes was supposed to roll out Cross-Platform save to all Warframe players today. However, internal testing has revealed unforeseen issues that the company needs to address. So for now, DE is holding off on the release of this feature until everything is ironed out.

With Cross-Platform Save, players can unify all of their accounts into one. If a player has a Warframe account on PlayStation and PC, for example, they have the option of linking these accounts together, with all of the items and progression merged into one primary account.

Those who intend to use Cross-Platform Save to link their accounts will have to wait until Digital Extremes posts an update regarding the matter.

Upcoming Event

On December 18, a new event will go live in Warframe called "Operation: Gargoyle's Cry." This event will have players engage with sentient beings known as "The Murmur" as they try to break through Albrecht's Laboratories and into the Origin System. Warframe players must contain this threat at all costs.

To participate in the upcoming event, players must finish the Whispers in the Walls quest line first. Then, they have to be an active member of a Clan that has at least one Decoration placed inside the Clan Dojo.
