A new community event is now live on Warframe called "Operation: Gargoyle's Cry." This event is now available on all platforms and will run until January 15 of next year.

Band Together, Tenno

Players who are interested in joining the Operation: Gargoyle's Cry event in Warframe must finish the Whispers in the Walls quest first. Doing so will reward them with the Vigile Jahu Gargoyle decoration, which they should put inside their Clan Dojo.

The said decoration requires some Credits and certain resources that can be dropped from Albrecht's Laboratory. Here is a rundown:

  • 100,000 Credits

  • 50 Stela

  • 250 Entrati Obols

  • 250 Necracoil

  • 10 Entrati Lanthorn

Once the decoration is in place, players must power it up using Cursed Murmur Energy that can be acquired from the "Fragmented Trio." Head to the "Effervo" mission on Deimos and assassinate the bosses to get the following:

  • Curse of Knowing: The Fragmented Suzerain

  • Curse of Seeing: The Fragmented Anchorite

  • Curse of Hearing: The Fragment Zelator

It is important to note that the Fragmented bosses are no slouch since the mission is set to the "Steel Path" difficulty. Players must head in with their best loadouts to have a good chance of coming out alive.

After obtaining the Cursed Murmur Energies, players can interact with the Vigile Jahu Gargoyle again to power it up.

Remember that Operation: Gargoyle's Cry is a community event, so Warframe players must contribute to achieve one common goal. When the goal is reached, everyone who has participated in the affair will receive the majestic Krios Signa.

New Update

Aside from the new event, Digital Extremes launched a new update that brought many interesting changes. For one, a new portal has appeared that allows players to teleport directly to the start of the mission after selecting a bounty in the Sanctum Anatomica.

In addition, the company installed more consoles in the Albrecht Laboratories that allow players to summon Nechramechs for their own use.

Here are the other notable changes in Hotfix 35.0.3:

  • Murmur Sarcophages will now display their name when hovered over with the reticle to help players identify them better!

  • Added markers to the rewards dropped from defeating the Mocking/Scathing Whispers and The Fragmented Trio.

  • Made improvements to performance in Albrecht's Laboratories tileset by turning off destruction effects for items that are out of view.

  • Increased Netracell enemy levels by +30 to bump up the difficulty slightly.

  • Added additional movement sound effects to the Necramite Drones.

So, are you going to participate in the Operation: Gargoyle's Cry event?
