Activision has released new screens for its upcoming Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark action game, set to release next Tuesday. The screenshots prominently feature Decepticon characters Thundercracker and Skywarp, sure to get the most passionate of Transformer fans at least a little excited.

In addition, Thundercracker and Skywarp are also part of a Gamestop promotional event. All players who pre-order through the store will receive the purple and the blue Decepticons as part of the exclusive Weathered Warrior pack, which gives players access to both characters as well as two new weapons, the Glass Gas Cannon, which sounds ominous, and the Electro Bolter, which sounds kind of silly. I would not want to mess with either.
The Weathered Warrior pack is available only for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions of the game. Sorry, Wii U players.
