The Invasion Pack DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts is now available to players on PlayStation 4, PS3, and PC.

Invasion is the third DLC pack for Ghosts, brining four new multiplayer maps as well as the third chapter of the game's four-part episodic Extinction storyline titled "Awakening". There are also new customizable items available on PSN and PC, which are sold separately from the Invasion Pack.
The four new maps are called "Departed", "Pharaoh", "Mutiny", and "Favela". There are unique Field Orders available to complete for each map as well, unlocking bonuses ranging from the dual pistol-wielding Death Mariachi killstreak (Departed) to two ghost pirates who will fight on your behalf (Mutiny).

The events of the next Extinction episode, Awakening, were outlined in a press release.
"In Awakening, the team descends into the perilous alien underworld to strike at the subterranean fortress of the Ancestors - the mysterious puppet-masters behind the Cryptid invasion.
"Armed with a range of new hi-tech weapons and equipment, the team must penetrate a series of defensive barriers to reach the Ark and unlock the secrets of the Ancestors' psychic powers. As the final battle draws closer, the fate of Earth and the future of the human race hang in the balance."
The Invasion Pack is available for $14.99 on its own, but is included in the season pass (which retails for $49.99, saving you money if you'll be purchasing multiple DLC packs).
The additional items not included in the DLC are a "Flags of the World Pack" ($1.99) which you can use to represent your nation, and the "Resistance Squad Pack" ($3.99), adding three interchangeable heads and four uniforms to create your own soldier.
