'Warhammer: Arcane Magic' iOS Game Announced: New Turn-Based Fantasy Goes 'All-In' Bringing World To Mobile [VIDEO]

Another Day, Another Warhammer Adaptation: 'Warhammer: Arcane Magic' Brings The Pain To iOS Sometime This Year

For a minute there, I was worried. We hadn't heard about any new Warhammer video game in like, what, a week? Not to fear. Developer Turbo Tape has saved us from such a fate with a new trailer for their upcoming Warhammer: Arcane Magic for iOS.

Endless Warhammer: All The Upcoming Titles

The turn-based Warhammer Fantasy title takes place during the ferocious magical storms of the human controlled Old World and the Chaos Wastelands¸ troll country. Players assume the roles of famous wizards from the Warhammer world - including Teclis, Balthasar Gelt, and Wurrzag. Each wizard utilizes unique powers and spells to fight legendary Warhammer monsters and daemons - from Harpies, Cygors and Ghorgons to Exalted Bloodthirsters, Lords of Change, and Keepers of Secrets

As the title suggests, magic will be first and foremost on your mind as you traverse the empty wastes and lush woods.

Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch: Tyranid Invasion Heads to iOS Soon

"We're pleased to have this opportunity to bring the Warhammer: Arcane Magic world to iOS, and we know for a fact that a smaller screen can still deliver an epic experience," says Fredrik Sundt Breien, CEO of Turbo Tape Games. "We're confident players will notice minutes after starting the game that we went 'all-in' when making Warhammer: Arcane Magic. Above all else, we're Warhammer fans!"

No release date has been set for the game, but it should arrive sometime this year. Sooner rather than later. Nor will it simply be a one and done campaign, as the amount of customization players will discover should create a new experience each time you fire it up on your Ios device.
