World Of Warcraft Patch 6.2 Notes Revealed: Update Introduces Shipyards, New Raid, And Dungeon Difficulty

Take To The High Seas With World Of Warcraft's Upcoming Patch 6.2; Shipyards, New Raids And More

Blizzard has released the patch notes for World of Warcraft's public test realm and they're, as per usual, pretty awesome. The company has taken the peoples of Azeroth through every type of terrain, through dungeons, and even lets them fly around. But now, at long last, players can command their very own naval ship.

As part of the game's Garrison system, Patch 6.2 will introduce a shipyard that players can create, maintain and use for various naval-based missions. Once players construct a level three Garrison, the high seas are yours!

Additionally, players who find that even the common Heroics are too 'easymode' can take great comfort in knowing that Blizzard is introducing a new dungeon difficulty: Mythic. "Mythic difficulty is geared towards players that enjoy tackling difficult content in smaller groups and is designed to provide an alternate progression path." The dungeons are on a weekly lockout and will drop gear at level 680, with end bosses dropping some sweet lewt at around level 700.

But if small groups aren't your thing and you want to go crawling through dungeons with at least nine of your closest buddies, the new patch will also introduce Hellfire Citadel a new raid in the heart of the next zone, Invasion of Tanaan Jungle (which itself is only accessible by building a Shipyard).

Players can expect to find 13 bosses waiting for them in the heart of the latest raid, which will include some of Azeroth's most acclaimed villains like Kilrogg Deadeye, the monstrous Gorefiend, a reanimated Mannoroth, and Sargeras' lieutenant himself, Archimonde.
