Next 'Evolve' Weekend Challenge Is A Versus Match: Community Will Receive Either Hyde Or Wraith Skin Packs

Next 'Evolve' Weekend Challenge Offers Free Hyde And Wraith Skin Packs For Community

Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games are at it again, offering up yet another Weekend Challenge for players of Evolve. This week, it's all about Hyde Vs. Wraith, offering up free skin packs for both.

Bloodborne Update 1.03 Now Available, Finally Improves Load Times

This week it's actually not much of a challenge, unless you really prefer one of the two characters. How it works is simple- every single match that includes both characters in the lineup will be gauged. If Hyde earns the higher winning percentage in matches including Wraith, the community scores the Hyde Predator Skin. If Wraith earns the higher winning percentage in matches including Hyde, the community scores the Wraith Voodoo Skin. Play online and don't end up in a match with both characters? Don't worry- everyone who plays Evolve online will earn the winning skin.

All you have to do is make sure you play a match online sometime between 12:01 a.m. ET on Friday, April 24 and 12:01 a.m. ET on Monday, April 27. The winning skin will be delivered to players by Thursday, April 30.

Total War: Warhammer Revealed With Incredible Cinematic Trailer

What do you think about this? It seems a nice little change from last week's Bucket Sentry Gun challenge, which was defeated but the community fell just short of the stretch goal, which would have earned everyone the entire Predator Support Skin pack. We knew 350 million damage to monsters sounded like a lot, and it was true- the community only managed 310,892,498 with sentry guns.

That was a tough one, but at least with this versus-style match you get something no matter what.

What do you think? Do you prefer one styl eof event over the others? Would you like to see this become a regular weekly thing? Let us know in the comments below.
