The final cover art for the next main entry in the famous shooter franchise has been revealed (above), showing two Spartans facing off. Fans will know they are series protagonist Master Chief and relatively new character Locke, who debuted in the Halo Nightfall live action series.

The two live action trailer so far have focused on the characters, making it no surprise they are also the objects of the cover art. The two trailers--All Hail and The Cost--show different perspectives of the same event from Locke and Master Chief respectively. Halo 5's marketing campaign has urged fans to 'Hunt the Truth', especially in the face of these two conflicting stories.

That search also included scouring the internet for pieces of the cover art prior to its official unveiling, which you can now see in full. There's also a new video to go along with it--343 has released an animated poster. You can see it in the video below, featuring a few moving art images and then the cover art itself. Halo 5: Guardians is due out exclusively on Xbox One October 27.
