Less than a week after filing for a divorce from Johnny Depp, Amber Heard reveals more information about domestic abuse allegations. Aside from the incident that happened on May 21, a domestic rift occurred while shooting "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" in 2015, resulting in a hiatus during filming by more than a month.
Domestic Rift Prior To May 21
On May 21, Amber Heard called for police assistance citing domestic violence. However, when the police arrived at the scene, no evidence of abuse was found and Heard did not file an official complaint. Nevertheless, come Tuesday, Heard filed for divorce citing domestic abuse, Variety reported.
On her sworn testimony, she said that the "Alice Through The Looking Glass" star hit her with a cell phone while he was high and drunk. Amber Heard added that she also suffered a similar fate when she was pushed to the floor in April. Now, another incident has been revealed by the 30-year-old actress.
Amber Heard detailed the history of alcohol and drug abuse of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star, saying that she constantly feared for her safety. Heard recalled one instance when Depp punched a wall during an argument that resulted in surgery.
Johnny Depp had to return to the U.S. for medical treatment. In turn, this delayed the filming of "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" in March 2015. Disney has not commented on this matter.

Amidst the allegations, Lily-Rose Depp defended her dad by posting an old photo of her and Johnny Depp, E! Online repored. She then described Johnny Depp as nothing but a loving dad to her and her little brother. Check out her Instagram post below:

Defending Johnny Depp was also her ex Vanessa Paradis. According to Lily-Rose's mom, Johnny Depp was not abusive in all the years that they've been together. She also added that she doesn't recognize the man Heard is describing.

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp's camp alleged that Heard is trying to make money out of Depp. In the papers obtained by People, Amber Heard earned $259,876 in 2015.
This came from projects like "The Danish Girl" and "Paranoia." At the same time, Amber Heard also received paychecks from luxury brands like Tiffany and Bulgari.
However, the papers also showed a long list of expenses which resulted in net earnings of $51,461 last year. In the restraining order filed on May 27, Amber Heard was asking for spousal support of $50,000 a month on top of sole access to the L.A. home where she and Johnny Depp lived since the marriage.
