Nintendo has partnered up with Vans shoe company for some license Nintendo Vans sneakers. After teasing the collaboration earlier this month, Vans have now officially released tons of Nintendo-themed shoes including a pair of flip-flops and apparel.

Nintendo is in a transition period as we wait on more details for its next console, the mysterious and highly-anticipated Nintendo NX. The launch for the Nintendo NX is still months away, so in the meantime, Nintendo teamed up with Vans to feed everyone's fantasy and anticipation.

Vans just released a Nintendo collection

According to Metro, the designs of the Nintendo x Vans sneakers definitely cater to that 8-bit nostalgia factor. The various styles feature all of our favorite Nintendo games and characters, such as Princess Peach, "Super Mario Bros.," "Legend of Zelda," "Donkey Kong" and a lot more!

There are also some cool and unexpected designs like a camouflage "Duck Hunt" pattern, classic Vans emblem pixelated, and Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) controllers.

Shoe Collector previously reported that a European store, 43 Einhalb, has listed a line of Nintendo-inspired shoes. The collection has since been pulled down from the site for unknown reasons, leaving fans to wonder if the Nintendo x Vans sneakers are just a rumor, but the collaboration is now officially confirmed.

Nintendo x Vans sneakers launches June 3rd

The Nintendo x Vans sneakers will be available in children's and adult sizes. The Nintendo and Vans sneakers can cater everybody's style as it available in high-top and low-top for both male and female. Other Nintendo-branded apparel like backpacks, tees and socks are also on the way.

The company are certainly trying to make up for their mishaps, like the delay of the new "Legend of Zelda" game and they're only bringing a single playable game to E3 2016.

This Nintendo x Vans sneakers is a clever distraction for gamers, making it a win-win situation for both Nintendo and the fans.
