‘Maze Runner 3’ Release Date, News & Update: Dylan O’Brien Withdraws Involvement?

There is no denying that "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" is among the much-awaited films of 2017. However, it seems like the upcoming film will be having a new lead star as Dylan O'Brien reportedly withdrew his involvement to the production.

GamenGuide has previously reported that "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" movie will be facing another delay as lead star Dylan O'Brien tries to recover from his injuries.  To recall, the "Teen Wolf" Season 6 actor was rushed in a hospital while filming for the movie after he got hit by a car.

Up until now, no details about the "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" accident was made public. However, reports have it that Fox is to be blamed as Dylan O'Brien was allowed to do the perilous stunt without a proper training.

Now, Dylan O'Brien is still recovering from his injuries. However, rumors are rife that the "Deepwater Horizon" star will be withdrawing his involvement in "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" movie due to his current condition.

Entertainment Weekly has already made it clear that "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" will just be facing another delay. This is contrary to the reports claiming that it has been cancelled already.

However, it remains to be seen whether or not Dylan O'Brien will be coming back for the franchise. Up until now, Dylan O'Brien and the management of the "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" movie have stayed tight-lipped on these reports.

Meanwhile, other reports have claimed that Dylan O'Brien if going to return in "Teen Wolf" Season 6. Sources have claimed that the "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" actor will be having a new partner in the person of One Direction singer Harry Styles.

Rumor has it that Dylan O'Brien and Harry Styles will work hand in hand to defeat the zombies, monsters and bad vampires in "Teen Wolf" Season 6. However, it has also been reported that there will be lesser action scenes for the "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" actor as he recovers from his injuries.
