‘The Elder Scrolls’ Online Gameplay Update: Bethesda Will Introduce Gold Edition & Shadows Of The Hist DLC

A more exciting Elder Scrolls Online gameplay awaits players. Bethesda just released The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition, which will be available this coming September. In addition, a new Shadows of the Hist DLC is in the works, which will be introduced this August.

The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition

The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition is basically a repackage of the game and costs $60. It consists of the base game with the addition of four major DLC packs making it possible for players to have unparalleled Elder Scrolls Online gameplay experience.

With the game's Gold Edition, players can access the entire storyline of the game. A greatly enhanced Elder Scrolls Online gameplay is made possible with the inclusion of its major DLC packs namely, the Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood, reports CNet.

The upcoming The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition will also feature a new mount. The Palomino horse will be available to players, along with new locations, quests and abilities. Players will likewise be given 500 crowns for in-game purchases in the Crown Store.

Bethesda has been regularly tweaking the game to make the Elder Scroll Online gameplay even more exciting for players. For example, the developer decided to eliminate the subscription based model last January opting instead to cash in on the game's microtransactions, reports Game Rant.

Just last month, Bethesda released the "One Tamriel" update which again changed the Elder Scrolls Online gameplay for the better. With the update, players of all levels can now access made the entire game.

Both moves to improve the Elder Scrolls online gameplay were well-received by gamers. The game now boasts of more than 7 million players, a figure that is expected to further rise with the coming introduction of The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition.

But Bethesda is not resting on its laurels. The company is not even planning another update to the game called Shadows of the Hist which will be free for players with ESO Plus memberships and 1,500 crowns for those without. It will introduce Argonian-themed dungeons called Ruins of Mazatun and Cradle of Shadows.

Additional customization option will likewise be introduced in the upcoming Shadows of the Hist DLC. Players will surely enjoy the costume dyeing option as well as the style parlor which definitely make the Elder Scrolls online gameplay even more interesting.

Gold Edition And Shadows Of The Hist Release Dates

The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition release date is scheduled this coming September 9, 2016 which will be available for both PC and consoles. On the other hand, the Shadows of the Hist DLC release date is scheduled on August 1 for PC and Mac while it will come to PS4 and Xbox One on August 16.
